Major Networks In A Lawsuit Battle

CBS isn’t backing down on the lawsuit it filed against ABC in May of 2012. Not only is it not backing down, but CBS is actually taking it to the next level by filing a discovery motion.

The discovery motion, if granted, would give CBS full access to all documents relating to the ABC show “Big Brother”, and to the show “Glass House”. Latest Shots of Demi Moore Show Actor Finally Putting on Some Pounds

The actress showed signs of the old Demi that people loved and admired. She is a beautiful human being who just got caught up in an emotional ride that took away her focus from family, friends, and fans.

The popular star showed up dressed in a fitted black-belted mini-dress as the 49 year old appears to finally be putting on some pounds to get her back to her perfect body look after the drastically skinny figure sported by her during the turmoil of her breakup from Ashton Kutcher.  Sources and friends at the time of the split worried about her emotional state and feared the worst for her, but the slender and healthier Demi is looking more like her old self after her rehab earlier this year. Her appearance at the graduation was a good sign that the actress has her head on straight and has rekindled her focus. Read the rest of this entry »
