Whenever Justin Bieber is putting on a show, the fans are always excited, but in Norway last week, the young singer was forced to give a public appeal at the concert for the fans to calm down as they showed significant signs of getting out of control.

Bieber’s plea to the crowd was that in order for the show to go on, they must do what the police told them to do.  He went on to tell them that they were all concerned for their safety and that he wanted to perform, but if they continued their upset, it couldn’t happen as he tweeted at the suggestion of the authorities.  A huge group of fans caused an uncalled for chaotic scene around the Opera House in Oslo where Bieber was supposed to perform a free concert.
