Only 6 contestants left but that doesn’t make the show any less exciting or eventful with Aubrey O’Day and Lisa Lampanelli at the reigns and driving the boat each week. Aubrey likes to lead while Lisa may get the job done, but her bully style personality should be left outside the workplace as she violates every hostile work environment rule in the book.
As the show begins, the teams receive their task to create a 90-second jingle and promotion about “Good Sam,” an RV roadside assistance program. Dayana Mendoza steps up to the plate as the project manager over a task that she is not really suited for, yet the two entertainers let her take the reigns as she volunteers for team Forte’s project manager slot. Arsenio Hall took charge of the Unanimous team.
As usual, the challenges got of to a rocky start for each of the teams as Aubrey and Arsenio lock horns and Aubrey shuts down since the two never agree on the same themes in the brainstorming process. Arsenio always denies Aubrey’s ideas, but Aubrey is good at bringing him around to her way of thinking as the task continues and Arsenio is good at giving in as she wears him down. They come together on Aubrey’s cheerleading theme.
Aubrey always gives her 110 percent to the projects and while Arsenio tries to pawn her off on helping Teresa so he can work on the jingle with the musicians, she finds her way into the sound room and takes over the show again. Later Arsenio sends Teresa and Aubrey on to the studio to begin working on the choreography, while he stays behind to finish up the jingle. To be respectful to the PM, Aubrey calls Arsenio for direction, when she realizes he has not thought it through, she suggests some ideas and he gets on board. Read the rest of this entry »
