The forthcoming film “The Dark Knight Rises,” of the Batman series, will feature Hathaway as Catwoman. Hardy has been team as “Bane,” who will likely be the chief villain in the film. Nolan probably will not be taking the director’s chair for any more Batman films after this one, though. He will not be getting any more unsecured loans to produce more movies.

Hathaway has what it takes to be Catwoman, claims Nolan

Hathaway will be playing “Catwoman” within the next “Batman” to come out, states Entertainment Weekly. Christopher Nolan will once again be directing it. The title, “The Dark Knight Rises,” is what the movie will be called. No more films will be directed by Nolan after this. Films for Hathaway have been much more serious than what she became famous for. The Disney “The Princess Diaries” is what she became famous for. The character Catwoman who Bruce Wayne/Batman typically has a love for within the comics is who she will be playing acting as Selina Kyle. The final time “Catwoman” was in a film, the movie did not do well and several were disappointed. However, Halle Berry played the role.

The villain will be Tom Hardy this time

The villain that breaks Batman’s back within the comic, “Bane,” will be played by actor Tom Hardy. ”Inception” is a Nolan film. Tom Hardy’s role in it’s probably what he is best known for. Also, he was known for the lead in “Bronson” about the British pioneer, “Rock and Rolla” by Guy Ritchie and “Layer Cake” by Matthey Vaughn. There is another rumor that Hardy will be in the next Upset Max movie. He will be taking Mad Max’s role supposedly.

Nolan not directing any Batman films after this

Nolan won’t be making anymore Batman films after this one which will be released in 2012. Christian Bale plans on stopping within the Batman franchise also. He will be returning as Bruce Wayne/Batman for this movie though. Of the last ten years, hit final 2 were some of the most successful.
